    One thing I am disappointed about is the lack of detail when you fist service the vehicle. After I was hooked up to your internal service I received my email concerning the diagnostics on the vehicle. The tire pressure was 45 psi on all 4 tires. I still have the email if you would like it. I was signing papers and ask my wife to ask the salesman to fix that. My wife asked him only for him to act as if it wasn't his responsibility. I would have thought the tires would have b÷n checked as part of your service. I was told by the sales person the tire pressure was addressed only to check the tires later that night and find out the rear tires were still overinflated at 37 psi instead of 32.

    I was told up to two hour wait. It was almost three. I just happened to see my truck was out and asked about it being done. Yes it was done just nobody notified me. In the past two years I made appointments for my service on the truck and when I drove from Farmersville where I live I was told when I got there that they just couldn’t get me in. When I purchased the truck the head of the sales department assured me that I would get a wash job each time I had it serviced. That only lasted for two service jobs. Three times the service department forgot to fill the washer fluid. I had to go buy a gallon of fluid twice. My experience at the Toyota dealer in McKinney was totally different. I never had one complaint with them. The service man that helped me yesterday was very polite and did an excellent job. He even said the truck would be ready while he was on his lunch break. It’s just the service person taking over didn’t do there job. I seldom ever complain about a business, however I would never send a friend to your business. I even took my truck to McKinney Chevrolet when I had the transmission acting up. Your dealership couldn’t get to a transmission repair. The service manager in McKinney said he felt confident the transmission had the wrong oil in it. He said he would change the oil twice and flush it out to see if that would cure the problem. It did and only took about an hour and a half. It’s a total different atmosphere at the McKinney dealership. You really need some help at your dealership in understanding how to communicate with your customers and how to keep your word. Thank you for listening. Darrell McCauley
