Elijah made the sales experience pleasurable given the expected back and forth. And if after delivery the contact ended there, I'd rate #1 and #2 higher. But "the last contact" taints it. As part of sale, dealer agreed to install front and rear splash guards (white car and driving back from Dallas, TX to my PA home) as spelled out on contract (with price listed). But when I returned to have them installed 3 days later, was advised GM does not make front for this vehicle with retract running boards (yet a price was quoted). I asked if Sirius XM could be extended instead...but no. Dealer recalled I inquired about cargo shade/cover that was not part of initial deal. I could get if I paid the difference. I felt as if I was being nickeled and dimed for a dealer error but didn't say anything. My mistake. I paid the difference. In the future for other customers, I'd suggest that any added equipment be accurately portrayed by the dealer so the buyers' expectations are fulfilled or at least addressed in a more customer appreciative manner. And two other items: 1) the date of service was 21Jan, not 27Jan. 2) the rear cargo shade according to the invoice was shipped 21Jan. Its currently 31Jan and it has still not arrived. I am very displeased at this point...twice....one that I had to pay for it and two that 10 days later it has still not arrived!
