We brought our Chevy Tahoe to the dealership to get an estimate on a broken rear door handle. After three days of having the car we finally got a complete estimate. They charged us $156 to tell us that the rear door handle was broken and needs replacing. We asked the service manager, Charmaine, to give us a price break since no work was done at all. She did not help us. At the encouragement of our insurance company, and due to the poor service that we received- we picked up the car, paid the $156 and took our car elsewhere to be repaired. We will be sure not to visit this dealership again .

The person I dealt with was very polite but I still felt as if I were a bother. I did not make an appointment because it was a tire issue and could not wait as it was my only day off. When I repeatedly told her the entire tire pressure monitoring system should not mess up with one tire being low in air, she tried to tell me it would when I know if it does that then I do not want the car any longer.
