I was disappointed once again with the service. The last time we picked up our vehicle the battery was dead it did not come in with a dead battery but Stonebriar wanted to charge us for the battery and labor. If I had brought it in for that; no problem but I did not. After talking with the service manager we only had to pay half but it still left a bad taste in my mouth. Then this time after we picked up our vehicle, we went to run errands. After the second errand we realized the front two reading lights were on inside the car. We were in for an oil change so not sure who was reading in the vehicle. Maybe this is what happened the last time, we couldn’t get our vehicle the day it was ready, had to get it a full day later. Makes me wonder if this is something Stonebriar is doing to get people to buy batteries. They leave the lights on inside the vehicle so the battery will be dead then charge you for a new one. That is definitely wrong if that is happening and it is definitely a problem that what has happened the last two times has caused me to feel this way. There was also a key fib issue the last time that was not well handled. I would love a phone call from someone who can fix these issues.
Your satisfaction is important to us, so we want to sincerely thank you for choosing Stonebriar Chevrolet and we hope to see you again soon! We do hope we can be of assistance in the future. Take care!

Great selection of vehicles. John Frigon provides great service during our vehicle research and buying process. Andy and Darren Shin were a great support as well whenever we went unannounced and John was busy with another customer.
I am a GM loyalist and I believe that OE filters and service by GM trained techs is the way to go. I made an appointment for a LOF and tire rotation for Saturday at 9:30am, I arrived on time and was greeted by a grumpy young lady who took my information and told me the guy down on the end was who would come get me when the work was finished. I asked her how long she said LOF, rotate and wash would take 1 hour 15 minutes I told her no wash she said a little less then. It is now 9:40. I enjoyed my walk around the dealership and sitting in the waiting area it is now 10:50 and I approach the guy at the end and ask, he has my paperwork on his desk, he said he had to take one guest back to cashier and would check on mine as it was in the wash area I told him I did not require a wash and he said oh yeah "no wash" which told me he did not know. I sat back down and saw him coming back to his desk when he saw me and turned around to go check again. Upon his return he said the paperwork had just showed up and we were all washed and ready to go. He took me back to the cashier area and there it was with no wash as I requested he introduced me to the cashier, I still do not know his name and I signed the ticket as this is a new car with comp service. She gave the porter my keys and he said that has been sitting up here for at least 15 minutes he smiled and handed me my keys. It is now 11:28am ! I arrive home and tell my wife I do not know why I subject myself to Stonebriar Service... They are the closest to my home but the experience is terrible from grumpy to not knowing to misrepresenting it all is bad. I will have to drive to McKinney or Plano for my next service so much for supporting the local guy
While I at your establishment I was bitten numerous times by fleas or flies that you have there. My family and I were bitten. It looks like they could have been sand fleas you really need to have their place exterminated.
