I always appreciate our service managers help (Brian Hershman's), advice and service. These comments do not in any way reflect him. However, I am disappointed that I paid for the 65K Service that includes oil change, tire rotation, inspection of multiple points, etc. with a total cost of $85.42 and then I notice that my tires were not rotated. I know they weren't rotated because my Right-Rear tire has had a slow leak in it for several weeks, and my tire needed to be aired up two days after my service at Stonebriar took place. It wasn't until then that I realized my tires had not actually been rotated, but I had been told that they would be.
This is frustrating and makes me wonder if any of the other multi-point inspection items checked off on the back of your 'Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection' sheet included with my invoice actually were inspected. It's also frustrating because I am leaving today, driving my 2015 Tahoe, to Florida for vacation. It would have been ideal to have my tires rotated before going on a 1600 mile road trip.
In the future please rotate my tires if I pay to have it done. I'm so tired of living in a big city where I pay for things to be done by service people only to be taken advantage of, and treated like I'm idiot that will never notice the work wasn't done correctly. Thankfully I had a slow leak in my Right-rear tire to help me notice that the work was not done. I expect more from Stonebriar, and pay extra to go to a Chevrolet dealer to get 'better' service. ...Please provide the better service that dealerships are supposed to provide.
I really enjoy working with Eddie Lewis. He's very patient, helpful, and easy to work with. I have purchased three vehicles from him so far and would recommend him to any of my friends or family members. He's the reason I keep coming back!

The shocks are still making the popping noise, and my check suspension light was came on. They saw the check suspension light and didn’t check it prior to me picking up my suv. That light wasn’t coming on prior to having my vehicle serviced.

Overall experience was good. They were nice about explaining how they were short-staffed and appreciated our patience. My only concern, is that being short staffed, made the gentleman who helped us through the financing paperwork, he spoke very quickly, and I felt very rushed. Otherwise, the experience was pleasant.
