This was our first visit to the service center after buying a red Corvette in 2016. Charmaine was an excellent service leader. She was friendly with the phone call to make the appointment, friendly when we met her, efficient on the paperwork and called to let us know the car was ready. She represented your company very well.
Service was great. However, when my car was initially inspected, I was given a price to pay when I picked up the car. Unfortunately, when I went to cashier, there were a bunch of hidden fees tacked on to the price that I wasn't informed of originally.
Ross was very friendly over the phone and made it easy for me to come in and drop my car off to be looked at. It helped that as I arrived at the service department I had a name of someone to look for . Great service!!!
Overall good experience
However the pushing from the inance department on buying extra warranties get a little out of hand
Other than that the delivery rep Mr Safeguard was exceptional and so was Travis and Joseph
