Salesman Jack Drulard did an exemplary job. He greeted us at the entrance, listened, and delivered a solution that was perfect for our situation: a college senior buying her first new car. Jack sold against her other option (Ford Focus) by pointing out superior features of the Chevy Cruze. Jack directed his attention to the student and explained everything thoroughly--very effective!
Seemed as if they were trying to help me but it seemed not genuine at all. They definitely used my situation to their advantage which Is probably great for business but not a place I would recommend. Wally was great and probably the only person I felt was genuine and that’s why when I did the in house survey I gave him all good marks.

Our service advisor was Mr. David Leeks. He was great, kind, and very responsible. When I came in to schedule my appointment, he made sure to go over the maintenance work required with detail and diligence. He also made sure I had a rental car for the day that my car was being serviced. I really appreciate his hard work. The service department representative, Ian, who worked with me during my appointment time was courteous and sensitive to my needs. He let me know when the oil change was complete and that my car was headed to the wash plus gave an approximate time it would be finished. He definitely kept me informed and represented you well.
