I paid $150 for a diagnostic on my AC. I already knew which part was broken. Service adviser recommended a diagnostic when they saw no hole in the line. After the diagnostic said it would be $450 to fix it. This is the second time the line broke on the vehicle. First time I paid $250 to a non-dealer mechanic. They now make a part to keep it from happening again. Why is this not cover by Chevrolet? Why can a non-dealer mechanic charge $250 for finding it and fixing it and the professional dealer mechanic $450? Chevy 2014 Silverado 1500. Really upset I paid $150 to get my keys back and drive around in Texas with no AC. All of my other routine services have been superb.
Advisor didn’t really listen to concerns and offered a solution not directly related to the problem.
Cashier and manager required credit card information, including security code, written on paper and only answered “Yes” when I asked if they lock up the papers. However, another employee said they shred it right after entering. So which is it and is our cc info secure at this dealership?
Stephen Booth and the others on the team were extremely helpful. They were very patient and answered all of our questions .I would definitely recommend Stephen and the team at Stonebriar Chevrolet for a smooth car buying experience.
I call and schedule an appointment for 10:30, so I will not be setting at the dealership all day. Well I waited for almost 3 hour. I was supposed to have 2 free oil change with the purchase of my 2017 car. I was asked and paid for my car maintenance. This dealership has lied to me about many services. They did not give me my paperwork when leaving the dealership the day of purchase. The finance representative stated he will mail my paperwork and some of the paper I signed was not mail. When calling the lender they stated I was not given gap, the mileage for the maintance warranty had not been change and unchecked, thetefore the warranty is not what they stated. This dealership is not reputable.
Last trip into the dealership started off great. Service manager was awesome. The. It was time to check out. Check out process lady was great then she told me that my car will be pulled up. I waited over 15 minutes and No one brought my truck. I ask the lady and she said they were pulling up. Wait a minute or two later and still no truck. I ask for my keys and come to find out they where in the drawer. Hmm...then of course what may it worst was I had my 2 year old son with me. Very frustrating!
Though I brought my car for service on a Saturday, Stonebriar was able to diagnose my issue, resolve the problem and get the work completed in the same day. I was able to pickup my vehicle before they closed Saturday. I was very surprised that they were able to get my vehicle completed before the close of the day.
I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in buying a Corvette to contact Jack Drulard at Stonebriar. I appreciate that he was not only available and ready when I arrived, but came out to greet me before I even reached the front door on both of my return trips. He is not only knowledgeable, but enthusiastic about Corvettes. I felt that he worked hard to get me a deal after I left the first time. I walked away the first time because of a pricing error on Stonebriar's website. I understand that these things happen, and I believe it was an honest mistake and the price was promptly corrected. Jack did well to retain my business. I did not get an apology from the general manager or anyone else in charge, which is why I'm giving 4 stars overall instead of 5. If it wasn't for Jack, I would not have returned to Stonebriar. I was about to go look at the redesigned 2018 Mustang when Jack followed up with me to let me know Stonebriar was willing to provide an additional $1050 discount and that made all the difference.
